Olive oil is incredibly mild, which makes it safe for all skin types. It contains at least three major antioxidants, including Vitamin E, which can protect the skin from free radical damage (aging) due to UV light exposure. Because the olive oil molecules are significantly smaller than those of many commercial products, it will not clog pores and can penetrate more deeply for cleansing effect.
